Information and Help Desk
A tourist information centre can be found on level 2 Concourse E across from the hotel. Passengers can request information on different airport facilities through the airport's website.

Airport Facilities
Money and phone: The airport offers a full service bank and a post office. Bureaux de change, ATMs and data port connections can be found throughout the terminal.
Eating and drinking: A wide variety of facilities are available, including 24-hour snack bars, cocktail lounges and various cafés.
Shopping: The airport has a wide range of shops, including duty-free on concourses A-F.
Luggage services: A porter service and trolleys are available at the airport.
Other facilities: The airport provides pharmacies, a health club, an art gallery, a hairdresser, shoeshine and a chapel.

Conference and Business Facilities
The Miami International Airport Hotel (tel: 305 871 4100) offers the Executive Conference Center. It provides business traveler facilities and has meeting rooms for up to 12 people and a conference suite for up to 200 people. It is fully equipped with audiovisual equipment and also provides a catering service. Airlines operate executive lounges throughout the terminal.

Disabled Facilities
TDD telephones for hearing-impaired people are available. Most toilets are wheelchair-accessible. Designated disabled-permit parking is available on Level 3, close to the moving walkways. Wheelchair service is available through the airlines.
